Some of My History
As far back as I can remember people have told me I’m a natural born storyteller. I guess I finally believe them. But instead of pursuing a career in the arts or journalism, I went the route of technical writing. That’s a different kind of storytelling for sure. I had a long career as an instructional designer/technical writer.
A Green Thumb
I also love bonsai. The art of developing and maintaining the beautiful little trees is a spiritual endeavor for me. I am a past president of the San Diego Bonsai Club and a volunteer at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park Bonsai Pavilion.
And They’re Off!
When I’m not at my computer pounding out potentially award-winning stories, my husband, Keith, and I can be seen riding our e-bikes over hill and dale in Southern California. Even getting medals!
Acting Too?
I have dabbled in films and even have an IMDB profile. But I gave up pursuing acting gigs to write. I love the theater, and I’m a long-time volunteer with the San Diego Old Globe Theater and the La Jolla Playhouse.
